Unfortuately, the 3 EmieSiteList files are all back in the AppData>LocalLow and AppData>Local folders. The three files are EmieUserList, EmieBrowserModeList and EmieSiteList. All 6 folders contain a file named container.dat that is 0KB in size. The folder date and time modified is when I booted the computer back up. I did a bit more research and seems as if Internet Explorer produces the files when it is opened according to the following thread. http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows8_1-security/erniesitelist-and-ernieuserlist/00407bd2-e349-423c-a8e5-cb6127840ea5 The initial problem still exists that started me on a hunt for malware. I am unable to download a file from the Dell website for this computer. It works fine on my other computer so something is amiss. The Dell rep said I must have a virus blocking the download.
