Favorite Disk Image Software for MAC OS X

Hello Everyone,

What is your favorite disk imaging software for MAC OS X? I have heard that Time Machine is good, but I wondered what your thoughts are about SuperDuper! for MAC OS X. Do you have any recommendations?

I'm interested to hear your thoughts. I have used Clonezilla in the past, but I'm working with an 'old' MAC OS X operating on 10.7.5 which that alone scares the world out of me for security reasons. I'll be updating it to the latest and greatest OS release. I haven't used Acronis True Image for MAC yet, but if anyone knows of some great free software that does the job well please feel free to let me know!
