FBI Moneypak virus - hitmanpro kickstart not working

Greetings,
My computer has been infected with the FBI moneypak virus. I had this virus once already and did a google search on how to remove it. I found articles on hitman pro kickstart USB option. This removed the virus but I am infected again! Now when I try to use the same hitman pro kickstart USB, the program says it has completed scanning and no threats were detected, but the moneypak virus is still taking over the desktop.

I have tried restarting in safe mode with command prompt but after restarting, my keyboard does not work and I cannot scroll down to select the option.
I am using an ACER aspire, a computer without a CD drive so I cannot boot from CD.
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

Cannot enter safemode. I can press F8 to choose safemode with command prompt, but when the computer restarts, the keyboard becomes dead and the default option of "start as normal" is selected because the timer has run out.

Thinking of buying a portable cd drive. Maybe I can find one cheap? Will I be able to boot from it, and thus remove the virus??

It would help a lot. It is very hard to work with XP without CD drive.
