Help! DNSUNLOCKER and Safesear.ch virus!!

Hello, I need help removing DNSUnlocker and safesear.ch from my computer. There are loads of ads, and safesear.ch is my default enforced search engine even though i am admin, i am unable to upload logs atm as i am not at home where the infected computer is. Also, there is a second Google Chrome app on my infected computer, though it doesnt show up in uninstall a program. TIA
