No, the standard iPhone messaging app does not have a feature that allows the sender to delete a message from the recipient's iPhone after it has been sent and read. Once a message is delivered and read, it cannot be unsent or deleted by the sender.

If you are unable to find a message in the standard iPhone messaging app, there could be several reasons for this:

1. Deleted by accident: It's possible that you unintentionally deleted the message. Double-check your messages folder, including the Trash or Archive folders, to ensure it wasn't moved or deleted.

2. Search for the message: The search function in the messaging app allows you to search for specific keywords or contacts. Try searching for any relevant keywords from the message content to locate it.

3. Conversation with the message was deleted: If the message was part of a conversation that was deleted, it might not be visible in your message list. Check the Recents or All Messages tabs to see if the conversation is still present.

4. Message was received through a different app or platform: If the message was not sent via the standard iPhone messaging app (e.g., through a different messaging app or platform), it might not appear in your iPhone messaging app.

If none of these reasons apply or you are still unable to find the message, it may be helpful to contact your iPhone's support team or check other messaging apps/platforms you use for the missing message.
