I'm testing the Mull Browser now. As there's no Librewolf FF-hardened browser for android this is one of the closest to it. Other strong privacy browsers would include Fennec and Bromite.
This is a fork of Relan's excellent fennecbuild repository. It allows compiling the entirety of Fenix without prebuilts along with removal of the proprietary blobs.
This fork is specifically for compiling Mull. It enables many features upstreamed by the Tor Uplift project using preferences from the arkenfox-user.js project. In short, It's privacy hardened out-of-the-box

PROS
1) It's privacy hardened out-of-the-box
2) Can add custom FF extensions besides the approved list of extensions in FF for android. The Fennec browser is also able to add custom FF extensions.
3) Can access its settings through about:config. Fennec also can do it.
4) From the two(2) below links you can see that Mull browser is better in privacy for Fennec tracks and reports your activity. Fennec has some proprietary bits and telemetry removed, but it still connects to various Mozilla and Google services that track users
CONS
1) It is a non-mainstream browser, similarly for Fennec and Bromite browsers. May break or cannot access some sites
2) No provision to import/export bookmarks. Sync is provided.
3) Cannot save bookmarks to folders. And cannot arrange bookmarks up/down. Same with FF for android
Below details some differences between Mull vs Fennec browsers. It also teaches you how to add custom FF extensions
