Solved RISK Moderate - red to orange

My suggestion is to change the RISK Moderate colour for PC security configs from red to orange to distinguish them from RISK Danger configs.

You should take that section as a grain of salt as it's not consistent.
Last year my config was safe, while this year the same config was considered RISK Danger.
I then changed the setup to default-deny with a strict firewall while blocking scripts and exploits, and it's still considered RISK Danger.
I honestly don't even need any of that as I been fine without any security product for over 10y, and didn't got infected once.

Have to say I agree. I've used W7 for as long as I've been a member and it's always been safe until now. There was some scaremogering earlier in the year by Microsoft about W7 which they later backtracked on which now looks as if it was just an attempt to get W7 users to take up W10. I could understand there being a risk after Jan 2020 when W7 is no longer supported but until then I would say the risk is no more than very slight for a user such as myself and probably no more than a typical W10 user.

The change of colour to orange would still make sense though imo.

Mandatory requirement to avoid Risk Danger: Disk Imaging, AV, firewall, UAC, smartscreen, at least 2 optional on-demand scanners.
Did I mention disk imaging? Many people are obsessed with that useless nonsense, it takes time/space and gives nothing in return.

I already have backups for the my important files on both OneDrive (which makes backups with every sync in real-time, which means even IF they get encrypted and synced, OneDrive has backups) as well as an USB drive. I sure as hell don't need to waste my time and money on full system backups.
There's this thing called RESET in W10, not to mention in last case scenario I can easily format the whole drive, so I say forcing me to disk imaging is dumb (and I sure as hell won't do it to keep others happy, as it contributes nothing to my security).
Remaining on topic, I agree with the orange over red.

Even some advanced users may get "Risk Danger" with the current rules, indeed it happens... why? because They (rules) are oriented to prevent newbies users (and not so newbies) try to copy some advanced configs without enough security knowledge just to get the Secure tag...

About the colour of Risk Moderate badge/tag, in fact it was orange until not so long, but it seems recently was changed to red, so this should be answered by upper staff, since I'm only the Mod for that section

We have changed the colour for RISK: Moderate to Yellow -- as appears on the default theme.
