Rundll32 Malware

"7/04/15 I was playing an app Magic Puzzle when taking puzzle pieces from the holder on the right side to the board suddenly IE immersive browser opens in side by side view with a webpage that was unrelated to the app I was using or the ads that show on the left side of the screen. It happened several times and I also noticed the app's icon on the desktop taskbar has been erased, the box is on the bar but picture icon is gone just like the odd blank Windows Host Process (Rundll32) in task manager along with three COM Surrogate processes that after a fews seconds two disappear so I end task the one left closed and reopened task manager and the COM S are there then gone. Today the same thing is happening with only that app. And in task manager today I watched my flash player icon disappear I don't know if that's ok or bad but I've never seen it do that before and it hasn't come back. I also opened IE immersive browser from start screen and found 3 tabs opened so know I know the open without me playing the app. I noticed between yesterday and today that a lot of the tabs were "your zeitgeist com" and all the blank tabs were "feed click net".

7-06-15 I am having exactly the same problem as quoted above which so far only occurs while using Magic Puzzle and contains the same two websites. McAfee stalls to a blank page while doing a deep scan but as far a scan can get, nothing is found. No other solutions have been tried. Help would be much appreciated.
