Stubborn Adware: eDeals

(First timer!) But, a brief summary: This is a computer form a friend of a friend, (sketchy huh?). I am not an great at virus removal, or software issues in general, so please bare with me. When it comes to command line and registry procedures, I am inept. Step by step is needed. I have run multiple scans, in safe mode and otherwise. (MBAM Rootkit removal tool, MBAM, Avast, Hitman, ADWcleaner, JRT, ect... LOGS attached) I just cant seem to get rid of these "edeals" underlined words, and popups on google chrome. I don't seem to be having any other issues with the machine but this. Also, all PUPs have been removed and only verified publisher-type programs remain.
