Solved Windows defender stuck on 75%.

After a full scan defender said i had a trojan:Win32Dynamer! i clikced clean my pc and its stuck on 75%
the 'virus' never really effect me. Malwarebytes doesnt detect it and microsoft defender offline get stuck in boot.
anyone help. it says it stored in "D:\preload\install.wim
file:\preload\install.wim->(Image28434)\Program Files (x86)\HP Games\Crazy Chicken Soccer\Moorhuhn-Soccer-WT.exe->(EXEEmb)->(EXEEmb)"
