What program do you use and why?

The registry cleaner in Wise Care 365 has minor issues with false positives, so should be used with caution. On the other hand the registry cleaner in Boost Speed (which is the same as their standalone registry cleaner) has zero issues with false positives, making it safe to use. Having said that, cleaning the registry is for the most part, pointless. While I have used it from time to time, I don't like Boost Speed much. But it is safe to use. The real time monitoring can cause slowdowns in some cases, but you can stop it from running in the background.Auslogics Boost-Speed is crapware, nothing but problems, so now it is back to Wisecare 365 Pro, luckily it did not crash my Laptop.![]()
Its registry cleaner is safe to use and will never delete needed registry keys. This is why it won't cause problems.I used to use Tuneup Utilities from 2010 to 2014, stopped using it after AVG bought it. It never breaks my computer a single time.
Yup it's one of the very few safe reg cleaners out there and It seems to help a bit to restore the startup/shutdown times on a "dirty" win7/8.1 systemI've used Ccleaner's reg cleaner on my computer hundreds of times, no issues I can see. Basically every time I uninstall a program I use it.
Just like 99% of registry cleaners it has issues with false positives. Many years ago it didn't have these issues, but current versions do, so should be used with care.Yup it's one of the very few safe reg cleaners out there
