Mine also doesn't work. And I can't use PayPal either as it's not available in my country. If I do, they will ban the account.

Managed to upgrade my Adguard license for 2 PC and 2 mobile for another 399 RUB! So in total I spent £9.52. All you do is change the site into Russian, using Chrome with translate and use PayPal, try checking out as a guest instead.

Try using the browser's dev tools with F12 and use the device emulator. It worked for me in Chrome with the iPhone 6 profile.

Tried with the mobile link in RUB from Italy and with PayPal but payment is not accepted at the end of the procedure.

So with that Mobile link it shows the price of 1 lifetime lisence key as 599 RUB. This translates to around $9. Can i use a standard visa credit card to pay or do i need the foreign currency?

I think there's a further 40% promotion on also! This is because of the Adguard 2.5 release for Android which now supports HTTPS filtering, so ads in the YouTube app are now blocked etc.
