Android Infected!

My phone is infected by something that locks me out of everything. It's being held for a $500.00 ransom! How do I get rid of this problem? This is the second day. I'm not tech savvy but I can follow instructions. I would appreciate some help with this.

Use Malwarebtye or Avast and/or Stu born CM Cleaner. And reset your phone to factory settings!
