AVG Crash When Clicking Report.

Got a problem in AVG Internet Security 2015.
i have 18000plus Report that haven't archive yet.
What do you think is the problem.

The only solution i found was to reinstall and install again AVG.

Any Other Solution? Thanks in Advance.

I think there is a factor of number of reports to be loaded thus the process may be busy and chances are may result crash. Does it happen always or randomly only?

it always happen when i click reports.
No crash report. The AVG start NOT RESPONDING then when i double click the interface the Explorer.exe prompt End Process.
after that it will restart its process but after clicking again it crashes.

Its hard to say if the problem may due to:

1) the uninstallation of last AV you use
2) or any conflicts on working software installed

The AVG official forum may help you in that matter case.
