Google has removed an app that was supposed to save the battery, but instead it stole the customer accounts. It's called BatteryBot Pro, the app removed by Google after reporting some security experts who discovered it was a scam.

The app, on Google Play Store for Android users were offered in order to save battery life, but researchers Zscaler's Research they realized something was wrong, starting with the permit request for the complete management of the telephone, an app like that doesn't need.

Looking inside the researchers found code that can be used to take control of smartphone and send messages, paid! The app also ran pieces of malicious software and could not be easily removed once installed.

A usual typical user will prefer to choose free than paid hence the infection will be not covered, unless vice versa didn't take attention on those permissions.

+ Go to the clearly label downloads and highly recognize programs.
