Should this be performed after a Macrium Reflect image recovery or only if multiple softwares are being un/installed daily?May I recommend a "sfc /scannow" followed by a "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" to fix all the files in your system that are more than likely damaged from all the installation and removal involved here.

Learning what triggers OP to switch between several security solution on the daily would be good to find out. Is it a harmless cookie file detection, or something more serious such as a 1% CPU spike.That constant security solution changing every few days is crazy, also ESET SSP + CyberLock I would say maybe a bit overkill if You know how to setup ESET properly.
