I am unable to download the latest portable version, automatically re-directed to http://www.piriform.com/ (including link provided above). Possible website bug, or to force users to use Standard installer?

CCleaner Standard download works fine

Update: Extracting the Standard installer with 7ip, I can replace the CCleaner64.exe manually.
