Chrome Malware Hangup? Chrome freezes and Internet cannot be used.

Hi,

I'm having issues with Chrome freezing and then the internet no longer works in other browsers like Edge or Explorer. When this happens, 8-10 instances of Chrome show up in Task Manager and I can usually kill all but one of them. I've tried restarting, uninstalling chrome and reinstalling it and disabling plugins. I'm not sure if the issue is with Chrome or something else.

Yes, I have uninstalled and reinstalled Chrome but the issue seems to continue.

Can you try to uninstall it and to remove all its folders?
