I think. Avira almost doesn't have a module to protect against new threats. It mostly uses it great signature but this method is outdated todayI heard this many times about Avira that may not good to protect against new threats. what makes Avira look so weak for new threats?
found this, it means Avira has BB, doesnt it? and about HIPS, why Avira removed it if it's really important for zero day protection??Well Avira by itself is too weak in future threats since no BB even HIPS. Their APC is inconsistent on the other hand, thus signatures become their overall 'overrated' investment.
At least for Avast, AVG and BD free products are already supplemented.
