That may be true, but it's up to you to decide if it's worth enabling. There are other ways of blocking malicious domains (e.g. DNS blocking, extensions)
I personally would always recommend setting up a DNS provider with malware blocklists like NextDNS or Quad9. They basically have no downsides.

Amen. I always disable HTTPS scanning if an AV has it as part of their suite. I am sure if he did that his browsing would be faster. 21.6 is faster than 21.5 (browsing), but I would still disable HTTPS scanning altogether.
