SSD are more fragile than a normal Hard Drive but it's not a problem if you optimise Windows for a SSD.Yes but ssd are having data loss issues
Don't believe everything you read on the Internet. Most people use computers on a daily basis.Yes but ssd are having data loss issues

I believe he is talking about this study: http://www.extremetech.com/computing/205382-ssds-can-lose-data-in-as-little-as-7-days-without-power
I've looked at that Viper website many times before, but have always not really read it much. You didn't say what OS you are using nor if you are an advanced user.
If advanced, Microsoft's Xbootmgr (command line), a part of the Windows Performance Toolkit, is an excellent Boot/Shutdown trace utility.
If not advanced, try WinPatrol free to see what is starting with Windows. One can Enable/Disable/Delete things on the fly. Also you might want to refer to the excellent Blackviper Service Configuration guides to view what Services can be safely Disabled.

Any tips or How To disable it?Windows automatically defrag your boot files while booting at windows startup, this will use a lot of your HDD when starting your computer. Personally I like it disabled, and I use Auslogics Disk Defrag Pro for manual defragmentation. This way my boot speed is stupidly fast for a regular HDD.

Like are the services that it mentions to disable useful in any way?
yes they are especially for Win7, i use it after every fresh reinstallations. You have to know that Win8 basic setting delayed startups of non-necessary services.
How do I follow the recommendations on what to disable (The site is making me a bit frustrated)
Do I just disable according to the table that it has listed below?
