Google chrome search redirected to portalsepeti.com

Hi Team

I am facing an issue that my default search on Google chrome is being redirected to portalsepeti.com. I was facing issue on Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox also but it seems to be resolved on these browsers after scanning from Spyhunter, AdwCleaner and Malware Bytes but i am still facing issue on Google Chrome which is my default browser. Logs of FRST are attached. Thanks
