I started in 2000 thinking that I'd never want a computer because I didn't know how to use it. I have since explored, tested, researched & taught myself how to use & protect a computer well. I became the family go to person for computer help etc.. And now, I wouldn't know what to do without a computer. I have also learned that this enjoyment sometimes has costs or annoyances to hurdle! For the 1st time in 15 years since I started using computers, I have been hit with something that is beyond my control to manage. I have always followed this site silently, and now I am more in need of the help that this site can offer me for this recent disaster.
