Hi, I'm the gent with the original problem! I had my friend make the post because I was struggle to load web pages but part of the way through I thought I had gotten it fixed. Well I was wrong as the same Trojan came back up in my scan today.

I've reattached the files with the additional.txt

Thanks for the helping me to get this nasty thing off my pc.

Fix with AdwCleaner

Please download AdwCleaner by Xplode and save the file to your Desktop.
  • Right-click on
    adwcleaner_new.png
    icon and select
    RunAsAdmin.jpg
Run as Administrator to start the tool.
  • Wait until the database is updated.
  • Accept the Terms of use and click Scan.
  • When finished, please click Clean.
  • Upon completion, click Report. A log (AdwCleaner[S*].txt) will open.

Please include the contents of that file in your reply.

Note: Reports will be saved in your system partition, usually at C:\Adwcleaner

Well the Trojan is no longer showing up in scans but I'm still having internet connectivity problems despite being able to ping google properly through cmd. The internet problems seem to come and go so I would the main malware issue is solved and that I probably have some kind of issue with my ISP.

Thanks for the help!
