Some application is trying to intercept https traffic . it maybe for good reason or it may be for bad reason.

The application has installed a digital certificate to do so. but the certificate signer in not of a trusted source.

To see the installed certificate click "Add exception"
INSTALL CERTIFICATE_01-04-2015_06-30-00.jpg

Click "view"

INSTALL CERTIFICATE_01-04-2015_06-30-17.jpg

  • Organization in "issued to" shows name of organization who has installed unknown certificate.
  • In this case its Fiddler software.

If updating your machine's date/time to a server doesn't help
Then for sure, it is a certificates error....
But we need information about your setup....Adguard can cause it so can Kaspersky.
I have adguard for windows
