I got the ZEUS Trojan Notification from Java

I looked on the before asking professional help, I went to try to download the program, but it said windows has detected something bad so if someone could help me I'd appreciate it. I'm just overall nervous on what would happen to my PC. Also, I read that Zeus comes from emails, but I don't want to delete my emails.

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them.
Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.

• Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
