Maybe you could add a password manager such as Last Pass and some backup software like Aomei Backupper or Macrium Reflect all of which are free. ;)

I agree with the beforementioned frogboy's recommendations..
Now.. since MBAB focuses more on PUPs and adware, I'd suggest adding one more on-demand scanner, like HitmanPro, EEK or ESET Online Scanner.
Also, you should add the following extensions to Firefox: WOT & HTTPS Everywhere.
Finally, if you're not using it already, you should install CCleaner to clean your browsing history and improve your PC's performance.

Hello :)

What is your actual Windows operating system?

Any backup storage device? Like USB or External HDD to save important files in case of problems arise.

What OS are you using? I'd add a password manager. I'd also add a backup option!

My suggestion is to add a second browser in case you have a problem with Firefox.
You are asking about free software so for security programs i recommend Avast Antivirus free ( you have to tweak it for maximum protection),Comodo Internet Security( the same with Avast),Avira Antivirus free ,360 Total Security and of course AVG Antivirus free. With these free software you can add a free firewall like Comodo ,Zonealarm or Private.
As for download managers i suggest Download Ninja or EagleGet which both are free and you can check them here on the forum in the related threads.
I hope i have helped.
Nice config and thanks for sharing

Avast & Avira are good free choices
What OS are you currently using?
Consider a backup solution
You could consider one or two more on demand scanners
CCleaner or Privazer if not already using one or the other
