Hello! Welcome to MalwareTips!
User Account Control settings: are very important!
On-demand Scanners: use Malwarebytes Free,Hitman Pro or Emsisoft Emergency Kit
Extensions and Plugins: maybe add WOT and NoSript
Backup and Recovery: do you not use backups of your windows system?

whether it is an important one demand
scanner?

I not use backups in my windows system.

On-demand Scanner is a second opinion if your system is clean of malware...
if your system is broken you are reinstall windows?

Welcome to MT! :)
You are a basic user :) Then, you need to learn more here at MalwareTips!
First you have an AV, it is good :) You should enable the UAC! (User Account Control), search it into start menu you will see ;)
Keep your browsers and softwares up-to-date. And do not use cracks and pirated softwares!
For your browsers, you need Adguard Adblocker and HTTPS Everywhere. These two extensions are essential and available for your both browsers.
You can use HitmanPro and Malwarebytes Free as a stand-alone malware scanner. These two will not conflict with Avast!. If you use USB often, maybe you should consider to use MC Shield USB Anti-MAlware Tool. All these softwares are free!

I hope these little words will help you to keep your PC clean for future and take a look at MalwareTips tips :)

Why do you use the Ultimate edition of Windows 7 ?
Is your copy of Windows pirated ?
What are your computer specs ?
What were you infected with ?
Here's how to change the UAC level : http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/turn-user-account-control-on-off#1TC=windows-7 Set it to "Default".
I strongly suggest you to install Malwarebytes as an On-demand Scanner, and also to get a Backup and Recovery software solution.
Adding a few more protection plugins like HTTPSEverywhere, Ghostery, WOT (Web of Trust), NoScript, etc. would be a good idea too for your browsers.

This field being empty has me worried :)
Please ensure you are regularly making back ups for your system.
