Hi and I thank you in advance for any help you can offer. My name is Sherri and I was searching for a way to get rid of the annoying (and potentially malicious) popups that I've begun to receive when using Facebook. I found this forum and a thread started by Karen Konz, in which she describes exactly what is happening to me. I have copied/pasted below her description of the problem here as she did a much better job describing it than I could. I have attached the FRST scan log and also the Addition.txt log. I have also attached a couple screenshots of popups received so far today (9/7/14). Again, thank you in advance for any help you can offer. Below is Karen Konz's description and screenshot: "When I'm on Facebook & click anywhere on the page, or try to open a post that was shared in a separate Tab, an additional 1 or 2 tabs open, trying to get me to download/update a video player called Lightspark (?). One of the unwanted tabs opening, would automatically start downloading, and the only way I could stop it, was to click on "cancel". After awhile though, that feature wasn't available, and it would download to my desktop. I always got rid of it, since it was just sitting there. When I did a search online, I saw many articles or links pertaining to Lightspark. I've got a screen shot photo of the one that's showing up the most, but am not sure how I can post or show you all, at this time. This has been going on for about 3 weeks or so, now. And it only happens when on Facebook, not any other webpage, or even gmail."
