- Add program to backup (eg. AOMEI Backupper, Keriver)

- Uninstalling the Advanced System Care is recommended, because it make errors on machines! I do not know more about System Mechanic.
- Please add uBlock, HTTPS Everywhere and WOT to your browsers.
You can also use Unchecky to keep checkbox disabled by default. It prevents many unwanted softwares installition.

Considering your last infection was recently happened therefore I suggest to have backup and recovery.

External HDD with using built in backup feature or doing incremental system image via third party program like Macrium Reflect.
