Malware "Mobility Search" Forcing Bing (Yuck) Searches

Good evening! I'm encountering the "mobility search" issue where it decides that I need to instead be using Bing. I've ran the Farbar. I the fixlist replies to the other posts, would that file be universal for me to utilize? Or is it specific in regards to the files the others provided? Any help would be appreciated as I've already spent hours trying to get this fixed.
