We are now less than two months away from E3 2014, the biggest single trade show event in the video game industry. Microsoft executives have already hinted that there will be lots of new game announcements from them during the show, which happens in Los Angeles from June 10-12. Microsoft is expected to hold its pre-E3 press event in the city the day before on June 9th.

While the company, as one might expect, isn't commenting on what it will be revealing during the show, there have been a number of recent filings made by Microsoft with the US Patent and Trademark Office that could show the titles for several games that would be revealed at E3 2014.

The filings, all of which have been labeled as relating to "game software". include titles like "Secrets and Treasure", "Tentacles: Enter the Mind", "Snap Attack", "Eden Falls" and most recently "Screamride."

It's possible that Microsoft could launch some new Xbox One or Windows 8-based games with one or more of these titles before E3 2014 shows up. However, the timing of their filings is close enough to the show that it is more likely the company will reveal them during their pre-E3 press event.
