Three out of the four security updates in the last week have been for the same issues, according to company's cryptic descriptions.
Microsoft has been banging the Windows 10 patch drum almost daily as it prepares for Wednesday's launch.

In the last seven days, Microsoft has pushed four security updates to build 10240, the final served to members of Windows Insider before the July 29 release. Insider is the beta program Microsoft's run since October 2014 for the new OS.

I think they should roll out a patch to some how fix all the BSOD's a lot of people will be getting around the world. mostly after the insiders roll out is finished and they unleash Windows 10 to the general public.

Wait until the equivalent of a typical SP1 equivalent would appear

In IT deployment, many organizations always wait until after The first Service Pack has been tested released and given a month or two before deploying a new OS on an endpoint, unless there are critical circumstances (Migrating from XP to 10 w/o any other option or something messy like that).
