I've attempted to follow your instructions. When I click Download for the Malwarebytes Anti-Rootkit, I get this pop-up box. That's the same box I got when I tried to download FRST several days ago. I'm guessing that something in the malware itself is preventing any downloads? I've had no problem downloading files before & haven't changed any settings. However, since the problems surfaced a few weeks ago, I haven't been able to download any files - even games. Don't know if turning off my firewall or anything like that would help. I thought I would wait for your advice. Thanks.
