What does this offer that other tools don't?
Powerfull disk and registry cleaner. Try and scan with cleaner registry cleaner and then with xvirus registry cleaner. You will see that xvirus' one will find lot more invalid registry keys than the ccleaner one

I can see this doing more harm than good, if it deletes the wrong keys then it would completely mess the system up.

The registry cleaner was tested in a lot of machines and no harm was found. Of course you have to be carefull and not simply delete all keys if you think it may harm your system

Shows $9.99, please correct to $4.99 @Dani Santos

Yesterday @Rus Anca posted a freeware program posted here, that upon launch, the scan would initiate without any user interaction.
In Xvirus System Cleaner (aka Xvirus Privacy Keeper), the Pro version includes Automatic Scan, does this include automatic cleaning too?

IMO, it's easy to add a paid version to simple maintenance programs, and would rather see your software as 'Pay what you want'.
