Solved No internet after using malware removal software

Ran ClntRep.exe. Log attached. Laptop rebooted - no internet access change.

Download TDSSKiller and save it to your desktop

Execute TDSSKiller.exe by doubleclicking on it.
Confirm "End user Licence Agreement" and "KSN Statement" dialog box by clicking on Accept button.

• Press Start Scan
• If Suspicious object is detected, the default action will be Skip, click on Continue.
• If Malicious objects are found, select Cure.

Once complete, a log will be produced at the root drive which is typically C:\ ,for example, C:\TDSSKiller.<version_date_time>log.txt


Please post the contents of that log in your next reply.

Confirm "End user Licence Agreement" and "KSN Statement" dialog box by clicking on Accept button.

• Press Start Scan

Please download ESET Services Repair tool, available here, and save it to your Desktop. Right click on it and select Run As Administrator, follow the prompts. It should reboot when it finishes. If not reboot it yourself.

Hmm, we might have a problem. Downloaded the files, ran them, restarted the computer and it's now stuck in a restart cycle. It starts booting up, it says "windows is starting", the MS logo appears, the screen goes blank, a mouse cursor appears in the middle of the screen and it stays like that for 60 seconds before restarting itself and going through the same cycle again.

It's now running Startup Repair. It's asking if I want to restore the computer to an earlier point in time. What do you advise?
