if I understand correctly, I passed Optimizer... And since seeing capture, it doesn't come back...

I would do this: go to W11 Optimizer section, and revert all the settings in purple You did in that section:



Then reboot the system...

Just saying this tool kills installs / features even with settings you didnt toggle just starting it. i repaired so far 5 of those installs
