I've tried downloading this and it will not happen. By the way while this is not my machine, I am not doing this for compensation my friend is just clueless about computers, even more so than me!! When I click on the link to download it acts as though its trying to download but doesn't happen. The 32 bit says its the wrong version for my computer. Just beyond frustrated at this point.

Okay well I tried this and tried, finally did get the 64 downloaded...

Do you get this message in all browser? Does it appear on all websites?

yea even when i clicked reply to your message it opened another tab asking if I need help with malwarebytes and an 877 number to call

Can you try to reinstall browser?
