Battle Privacy Eraser Free vs CCleaner

Hey guys, which of these are best for pc maintenance ? I dont have anything installed on computer(all portable) so i dont need extra stuff.

There is also something called "PrivaZer" http://privazer.com/download.php I hear it is good, didn't test it

I use CCleaner (Geek Uninstaller + UltraDefrag) to maintain my PC
