removing audio ads help

I have cleaned up a lot of my computer and when I scan . it cannot find much of anything. but I still get audio ads for a few minutes then they cut off.

Hey so i ran a cleaner and it found i have the trojan zekos. The cleaner removed it and the other viruses and went to reboot. Now my comp wont boot up to the desktop and safe mode doesnt work either. I think the only option i have left is to wipe everything
