Tried, It did not solve anything.

Download MHDD utility from here:
MHDD download link


Unpack and burn as ISO ...
Add and boot MHDD from disk ( in the same way as Live CD )

• When you load the file select option 1
• When the menu appears, select the disk that you'll scan
  
  Type in:

scan

• 
  ...and hit enter
  
• In the next menu, click F4
• It will begin HDD scanning, allow him to finish scan.

>> If there is more than 3 inputs in the district UNC X then your hard disk is damaged.

Did you try testdisk

TestDisk can

• Fix partition table, recover deleted partition
• Recover FAT32 boot sector from its backup
• Rebuild FAT12/FAT16/FAT32 boot sector
• Fix FAT tables
• Rebuild NTFS boot sector
• Recover NTFS boot sector from its backup
• Fix MFT using MFT mirror
• Locate ext2/ext3/ext4 Backup SuperBlock
• Undelete files from FAT, exFAT, NTFS and ext2 filesystem
• Copy files from deleted FAT, exFAT, NTFS and ext2/ext3/ext4 partitions.

I think you can. But watch out, hdd you want to check must be master i think, not slave. MHDD is the most precize check, it works outside windows and its results are reliable.

No USB making software is not recognizing the file, so i am making a bootable Hirens Boot CD, Hirens boot CD contatin MHDD.

Really there were 3 option. I tried to scan by selecting all 3 option. But it is showing an error - Drive is not ready

Either the image is corrupted or you have a failing hard drive.
Download MiniTool Partition Wizard Home Edition

After you open the program, select your hard drive with the error and click "Check File System".

This will let you know if your hard disk is failing. MinTool can detect and fix errors that Windows standard chkdsk utility will miss.

Scanning C Drive Require Restart, So just going to Restart the PC.

I can only suggest you to try HDD Regenerator Bootable ISO
But before that maybe TwinHeadedEagle has something to add...

Slave disks not supported. You need to set it in BIOS as master.
