Rkill, program to terminate known malware processes

Rkill is a free program that is used to detect malicious processes running on your computer and to block them, thus allowing the use of other software until then blocked or rendered harmless.

Some viruses are able to completely block the system and also with antimalware you can't do much, because there are infectious processes that limit its use.

Block access to the sites of the major security software house (where you download programs for virus removal and where you download updates of antivirus programs), block the security programs, in short everything that would block their removal.

Rkill can block these processes which prevent the necessary actions to remove any viruses, does not delete anything, but enables the antivirus to remove the virus.

Rkill, ends all malicious processes and actions, at the end leaves you a report where tells you actions and possibly what was evil and was able to block.

Since It do not delete anything, but locks only, after you start RKill you should make a scan of the system with a antvirus and antimalware updated.

Rkill is an old but good dinosaur in his field, the reference.

Its a tool that you should try first in case you're infected, which the target is to terminate and post for help in such leftovers that may still present after done the preliminary operation.

Used to be an RKill user but sometimes it crashes with a BSOD, so I use KillEmAll now.
