I need help removing this annoying pop-up message which has been appearing since I removed an apparent virus(es) yesterday (Open Candy?) from my laptop. Using advice I read on another site, I ran 2 programs to remove the viruses (Eset Online Scan and AdwCleaner), rebooting after each - computer immediately improved speed. However, I was left with this nasty pop-up dll error: "There was a problem starting C:\Users\Kelly\AppData\Roaming\OpenCandy\F66C54AC8D734A39E3\OCBrowserHelper_1.0.5.112.dll" I spent a good deal of this afternoon browsing for solutions and tried two different "fix-its" supplied by Open Candy software supposedly designed to remove this errant thread - but no, it is still there (and yes, I did run the scans again after running the fix-it's just in case...all good except for the run dll error). Ideas? Help? And I'm not very techy...
