Hello,

Please download Zemana AntiMalware and save it to your Desktop.
  • Install the program and once the installation is complete it will start automatically.
  • Without changing any options, press Scan to begin.
  • After the short scan is finished, if threats are detected press Next to remove them.
Note: If restart is required to finish the cleaning process, you should click Reboot. If reboot isn't required, please restart your computer manually.
  • Open Zemana AntiMalware again.
  • Click on
    4zu6vb.jpg
icon and double click the latest report.
  • Now click File > Save As and choose your Desktop before pressing Save.
  • The only left thing is to attach saved report in your next message.

I think it won't detect anything this time, but let me know anyway, I have plan B.

P.S. You don't need to use UPPER CASE letters.

Sorry my son has corrected me on the upper case thing as I wasn't aware that it stood for yelling at people. Its a habit I am trying to break as I have always typed in upper case for last 20 years. My apologies!

No problem and no worries, we will fix this issue.

Go to Zemana quarantine with
radiation-icon.png
icon and find find this detection:

Adware:Win32/Kloom.A!Kaea
windowscredentialmanager\wcmasc.exe

Right click and select Restore file. Confirm with Yes.

Then go to settings by clicking

icon. Click on Exclusions and then delete all.

Close Zemana and then start it again. Click Scan and remove everything detected.

Let me know if this removed SavingsCool.

Then you didn't do what I told you. Never mind.

FRST.gif
FRST search

Once again we shall use FRST for additional checks. Re-run FRST/FRST64 by double-clicking:
  • Copy SavingsCool into the Search: field in FRST then click the Search Registry button.
  • FRST will search your computer for files and when finished it will produce a log Search.txt in the same directory the tool is run.
  • Please attach it to your reply.

  • Right-click on
    FRST.gif
    icon and select
    RunAsAdmin.jpg
Run as Administrator to start the tool.
(XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File).

I am sorry please be patient with me as I am doing the best I can. I would have my son help me to make sure I am doing this correctly but when I called him he is not available today and I work the next 3 days 14 hr. shifts so I wont be able to do this again till next week. At my age after a 14 hr shift I am not worth a plug nickle when I get home.

FRST.gif
Fix with Farbar Recovery Scan Tool

icon_exclaim.gif
This fix was created for this user for use on that particular machine.
icon_exclaim.gif

icon_exclaim.gif
Running it on another one may cause damage and render the system unstable.
icon_exclaim.gif

Download attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop:

Both files, FRST and fixlist.txt have to be in the same location or the fix will not work!

  • Right-click on
    FRST.gif
    icon and select
    RunAsAdmin.jpg
Run as Administrator to start the tool.
(XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File).
  • Press the Fix button just once and wait.
  • If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
  • When finishes FRST will generate a log on the Desktop, called Fixlog.txt.

Please attach it to your reply.

I am back I am sorry for being appsent for so long. I raise black angus cattle and was injured by a bull back on nov. 17th. I spent 3 weeks in the hospital and one week restricted to the house. this is the first week I have been released to get out and about. I will be having another surgery right after the first of the year just as soon as it is all scheduled thru my insurance and be out for another 6 to 8 weeks. I have a lot of catching up to do over the next couple of weeks here on the farm and two get ready for Christmas. I don't want to bother you over the holidays so I will ask for your help again at a later date when things settle down a bit. once again I am sorry for just disappearing in the middle of all this and not thanking you for your time. I know how precious your time is when you are helping someone with something and they don't appear to appreciate it. please accept my appololgy as I truly do appreciate you donating your time and expertise. jeff
