Slow PC

Guys, Please help me.
Today, I brought Batman Arkham Origins and MS Office 16 from a friend and installed them. But I found my PC lagging at every moment. I checked my PC for viruses but didn't find any. I ran FRST and hace attached the scan logs. Please help me!!!!
