Simple is GOOD, but considering you have others using your system, may I recommend that you consider adding a few additional on-demand scanners for your system toolbox? Just in case.....

- Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Free

- HitmanPro

- Emsisoft Emergency Kit

Good setup, you may add lastpass as password manager. Is it TS or IS? Anyway its a superb software with multi engine.

I really like your setup, I would add a backup program . Aomei can be a very good choice.

I would have some kind of backup solution
Definitely an on demand scanner(s) such as Malwarebytes,Hitman Pro,Emsisoft Emergency Kit,ESET on line scanner
I would add HTTPS Everywhere to Chrome also
