What's for Dinner?

Tonight...

Rainbow trout prepped with lightly drizzled olive oil, seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic, paprika.
Green bean casserole with french onions and sauteed mushrooms
Hickory smoked baked beans
Hawaiian rolls

Washing it down with a fresh cup of Pike Place coffee.
 
I will have a quick meal prepared with Tefal OptiGrill Elite, which automatically calculates thickness of the meat and chooses the right time.
Chicken thigh fillets with soy sauce, smoked paprika, garlic and a touch of ginger.

Before that I will go gym and get a protein shake and some shilajit.

Few hours after food, I will do my Huel Daily Greens.

Also, loads of water, remember to stay hydrated people!!!
