If you're syncing to the cloud(s) I recommend rclone. If all the transfers are local, I recommend robocopy.

Locally this old relic is very instant and can also operate syncing via a schedule which user engages a service to monitor and time schedule.
Many other features too numerous to list. Freeware

- Allway Sync
- Gs Richcopy
- Resilio Sync
And if you are using Linux, these are the best
- Rsync
- Goodsync
- Bacula

I changed my synchronization program last August to FreeFileSync. It's very fast, reliable and quite easy to schedule sync jobs with it.
