Why does it keep doing this?

Whenever I type on LInux it keeps doing capital letters when caps lock isn't even on



Example : Hi my name is fAntasy (capital A when caps isn't on)
Example 2 : THis is a test sentence (Capital H when caps isn't on)

The cause of this is caps lock delay, but I'm getting very frustrated on why it is doing this.
