I think that what Rus Anca is trying to say by this statement is that these softwares can sometimes do more harm than good. Especially those that delete registry entries ect. Theses all in one programs may be good to a certain degree however I personally am a little skeptical of things such "bootup booster" & "wise turbo". I use CCleaner because I have used it for years and their registry cleaner has only required me to restore one time from a backup.
I dont think Rus Anca was suggesting that the installer was bundled with anything undesirable.Nevertheless it is good advice to exercise caution when running these type of programs which can delete & change settings at a click.Make sure you use the backup or restore point options when using these.

Well I have used this sefware Wise Care 365 since it came out and never any problem for me is one of the best out there.

It is my humble opinion....
 
Ditto, here. Wise Care Pro is really a class-act, which is a rarity in the 'PC System Cleaner' catagory. I didn't even mind paying for it. ;)

This version(3.2.2.280) has no time limitation but can’t be upgraded. Upgrading to a new version will invalidate the Pro version.
